Symptoms

The list of compatible shapes for the specified Compute image if fetched using the 'ListImageShapeCompatibilityEntries' command or the ListImageShapeCompatibilityEntries API is not as per the document.

 

The result displayed shows the memory and OCPU constraints as "undefined" for flexible shape and is as shown below:

 

The result obtained using the Cloud shell is as shown below.
