A Pending Worker record was created in the system on October 28th, with a projected start date of October 31, 2022. Now, consider a scenario in which Pending Worker is terminated before it is converted into an Employee record. The system gives the option to select the Terminate Date (*When does the termination take effect?) from the date the record was created and the Length of Service is calculated based on the record creation date instead of the Projected Start Date.

Even when selecting *When does the termination take effect?, the Length of Service is still showing as 1 day.

What is the expected function and why it is showing 1 day of service even though it has not been confirmed into Employee and has been terminated before the Projected Start Date?
