Searching For SR Owner Displays The Results Window Below The Page (Doc ID 2912017.1)

Symptoms

Select a service request and select the owner/Assignee field.  When searching
for an owner the search results window moves to the bottom of the page
causing the user to have to scroll down the page to select an owner.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the search results will display in the middle of the page where it can be viewed without scrolling

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a service request
2.  In the Owner/Assignee  field search for a resource.
3.  The search results window displays below the page.  The user has to scroll down the page to see the results.
