Symptoms
When creating a Purchasing Requisition and Type the Category and tab out errors
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Log in as User
2. Add a Requisition Line using smart form
3. Type Category name partially and tab out
4. error prompts
5. ignore the error click OK and can continue
