When using custom roles and attempting to access Pricing Rest Endpoints, the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Postman client application to access Rest Calls using credentials with LS_SCM_ADMIN_JOB or LS_IDS_RPM_DATA_STEWARD_JOB roles assigned.
2. Attempt to complete a ReST call to any RPM endpoint
3. This returns a 403 Forbidden Error.
4. Attempt the same call with the Oracle Base Role PRICING_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB or PRICING_DATA_STEWARD_JOB and this completes without error.
