When adding an EPS column or a filter for EPS to a report, the costs are doubling.

For example, when adding a filter for EPS level name, the Actual Cost shows double the value. Removing the EPS filter shows the correct cost.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new analysis based on the Project History subject area
2. Add the columns Project Id, Project Name and Actual Total Cost
3. Run the report and see the costs are correct
4. Add a filter on EPS Name
5. Run the report and see the costs are doubling for each project
