AP PJC VALIDATION
Hold: The project cost attributes failed business rule and transaction control validations. Review the hold details for more information.

Hold Details: The expenditure type and expenditure type class combination doesn't exist.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Approved Exp Report is invoiced and validated
2. Upon Validation, Hold is placed.
