Goal
How To Audit Clause Changes Performed by Multiple Users Before Activation?
System do not keep the audit trail when multiple clauses have been modified by separate user turning them into non-standard clause while finalizing the draft of Contract.
Steps to Reproduce Issue:
1 Navigate to Contract management >click contract to create one Contract. Fill in required details like overview page, lines, Contract Terms.
2 Under parties tab add multiple user with full access as Contract administrators, buyers and reviewers.
3 Contract Administrator modifies clause 1 and Buyer with full access to that contract modifies clause 2 making them non-standard clauses and generating deviation report.
4 No where in system it show which user has modifies which clause in the system or any deviation report.
Expectation:
System to keep the audit trail and track contract template updates for audit when multiple people have been collaborated to final with date time stamp along with user name.
