PRC: PO: Error Occurs When Clicking Withdrawn Button From Notification (Doc ID 2912253.1)

Problem Statement
When a user click "Withdraw" button on Purchasing Document Approval Notifaication, the following error occurs;

Error
exception.type: ERROR exception.severity: 2 exception.name: Invalid action on workflow task or user does not have privilege to perform this action. exception.description: Action WITHDRAW on task xxx cannot be performed by acntest.pctr.merchandise1. exception.fix: Make sure that the action is valid with respect to the current state of the task or ensure that the user has privilege to perform this action on the workflow task.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Procurement > Purchase Orders > Create Order and submit a order for approval.
2. Login as the same user and navigate to Notification Bell Icon > Show all > Created by Me.
3. See the notification which is assigned to an approver.
4. Click "Withdraw" icon there.
5. The avove error occurs.
