Symptoms
When attempting to Run Payables Open Interface Import on an Active Exempt Lease
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"All multi-period accounting attributes must be provided"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process Lease Accounting
2. Import Payable Invoices
3. Error seen on rejected line of the Payables Open Interface Import Report
