400 Bad Request Error Message When Creating A SR Message From DCS (Doc ID 2912366.1)

Symptoms

When adding a message to a service request in Digital Customer Service portal the following error occurs.

400 Bad request

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to DCS
2. Select a service request ( or create a new one)
3. Add a message to the SR.
4. 400 bad request error occurs.
