Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When Highlighting a Filter with a Warning icon next to it, either by default or manually, the +Add button is unavailable (grayed out) until the filter is fixed and saved.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The +Add button should be available when attempting to create a new Filter, even if it displays a Warning icon.
