Symptoms
Layaway Initiate Transaction through Sales API doesn't reserve inventory or in progress sales bucket.
1) Service call create data in svc_rtlog_data_load and it is be process by sacreatertlog batch and generate a RTLOG
2) RTLOG processed by ReSA batches
3) LAYAWAY transaction will be process by saordinvexp and generate ORIN file
4) ORIN file processed by batch ordinvupld , Bug ‘in progress’ buckets not updated .
