Symptoms
When attempting to perform a category change, the following error occurs:
Context Value Land-Improvements is not in the list of values
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assets > Adjust Assets
2. Search for asset
3. Click Change Category button
4. Enter new category
5. Click Submit
6. Get error
