AFCS Data Visualization reports are Not Working (Doc ID 2912903.1)

Symptoms

AFCS- Data visualization

While generating the reports under data visualization, below error is getting reported for all the entities

UI error:

Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW)
ORA- 01017: Invalid user name/Password; login denied
