Symptoms

In OCI Cloud Console, Performance Hub for external database returns error code Perfhub_Polaris_Error

Following error is reported:

Failed to get performance details for the database. If the problem persists, contact Oracle Support and provide the following information. Error code = Perfhub_Polaris_Error, request ID = <Request ID>, query ID = xori69729150374hMphu, category = Perfhub_Internal

Verifying the Fleet Summary, the database is showing in status Unknown.
