Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, File Import/Export
While using Import Management to import the Contract Line with line type (Free form, project), an error occurs.
ERROR

You must provide a value for the ITEM_NAME attribute.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import Contract Lines using Import Management
2. Create a ContractLine.csv file to import Contract Line using the column: LineTypeName
3. Observe the error while creating Contract Line with Free form, project (line type name).
