Comments Are Null in Bluebeam Markups Log Page After File Has Been Finalized (Doc ID 2913081.1)

Symptoms

Some markup details are not being brought over from the Studio session to display in the Markups log page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a project in Unifier and open a Business Process (BP)
  2. Open a record
  3. Navigate to Attachments > Review > Bluebeam Studio Session Review....
  4. In the Create Bluebeam Studio Session window Review Files section click Add Files
  5. Upload a file
  6. Create the session. The session gets created successfully
  7. In Bluebeam Studio, open the session created in the previous step
  8. Add several comments for the PDF attachment, and click Save
  9. Go back to the Unifier BP record, check the Bluebeam Log
  10. Click the gear icon for the active line, select Finalize, and click OK for the pop-up notice.
  11. Navigate to the Bluebeam Markups Log forms
  12. Notice that Comments/Date only 1/File Pub. Number/Subject are null
