Symptoms

In the Setup and Maintenance > Financials > Receivables > Manage Receivables System Options > Cash Processing > the "Lockbox Claim for Invalid Transaction Reference" field is missing

Due to this issue, users cannot control the creation of claim investigations for invalid positive remittance references in a lockbox file.
