Symptoms

 When attempting to load the compensation market data file, the following error occurs when loading more than 100 rows.

You can't use the batch name {BATCH_NAME} in this compensation market data import because you have previously used this batch name.  Enter a unique batch name.
An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details {MESSAGE}.
