Registry (OCIR) section
Registry User Name : <tenancy-namespace>/<username>
Validated Secret for OCIR Auth Token : AuthToken for <username>

docker login <region-key>.ocir.io
is success with username: <tenancy-namespace>/<username> and password: AuthToken for <username> as follows.
