Symptoms
HTTPs Connections to an OCI Load Balancer via a Palo Alto Marketplace Virtual Appliance fail due to Jumbo Frames being disabled. Results include stalled connections from some sources, while other connections work. Packet captures will show Server Hello responses from the Load Balancer that are greater than 1500 bytes.
