Goal

There are 2 statuses of the Response Status for RFQ from Supplier portal UI.
When reviewing the Response status on Manage Responses page, there are 2 different statuses.
- Pending Award
- Awarded
Both RFQ statuses are "Completed, purchasing document created".
Why are these status different?
