ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Resignation transaction is appearing twice under TAC

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Resignation should appear once under TAC not twice

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee submits Resignation
2. the Resignation of the same employee displays twice under TAC
3. It should display once

 No changes in the product
