Why the Expenditure batches are not available in Manage Expenditure Batches ?

Expenditure batch ‘Test’ is not available in ‘Manage Expenditure batches’. In Manage Project Costs, search on the same batch name returns two expenditure items. We expect to be able to review all expenditure batches in ‘Manage Expenditure batches’.

Is it possible to view attachments uploaded to expenditure batches with document 'Misc Cost' anywhere? This is what is needed by the auditors.
