"FbkKy__2" Error When Deleting On Items By UDA Screen (Doc ID 2913571.1)

Symptoms

On the Items By UDA, when deleting an item UDA, receiving an error message and item UDA is not deleted.
This seems to happen for the second item deleted, not for the first, and it seems to happen with multiple different UDAs.
There are no entries in logger_logs for the activity.

'Attempt to set a parameter name that does not occues in the SQL: fbkKy__2'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Items By UDA screen.
2. Enter a User Defined Attribute to work with.
3. Screen populates with list of items with selected UDA.
4. Select the first item in the list.
5. Click on Delete.
6. Say Yes to confirm delete.
7. Notice that the item is removed from the screen list.
8. Now select the new item that is at the top of the list.
9. Click on Delete.
10. Notice the error 'Attempt to set a parameter name that does not occur in
the SQL: fbkKy__2
11. Click OK to clear the error message.
12. Notice that the item is not removed from the screen list.

Note: Even if saving after first item delete, user is still getting the error.
