Problem Statement
OM Extension Gives java.lang.NullPointerException DOO-2685874 when editing EFF

Error

Following error shown in UI

An error occurred when running extension <Extension Name>, during event On
Save: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught:
java.lang.NullPointerException, msg=null. (DOO-2685874)

Steps to Reproduce

Define OM Extension which use InventorySubinventoryPVO on Save event

1. Manage Order UI
2. Create Order and Enter Line Save
3. Edit Additional Information > Click OK
4. Edit Additional Information > Click Cancel
5. Save and repeat step 3, 4 again then gives an error
