Goal

Use cases:


Scenario 1. Employee is newly hired on 13th Nov 2022, client wants to start employee and dependent coverage as of 1st Nov 2022 ( Before hire date )
Scenario 2. Birth of a child on 14th Nov 2022, Coverage of dependent( New Born ) should start from 1st Nov 2022. Though child born on 14th, still coverage needs to
start from 1st Nov 2022.
Scenario 3: Employee got married on 14th Nov 2022, Coverage of dependent ( Spouse ) should start from 1st Nov 2022.

Comments: Requirement is to start coverage from First of Month in any scenario.
