Line Break is not working while uploading through spreadsheet upload

We have requirement from client to have line break for the ITEM_MASTER.COMMENTS field through spreadsheet upload but end result is that the line break is not happening when seeing through UI.
We did POC with below three option but all the options failed.

1. Added line breaks (using “Alt + Enter”) to generate the line breaks -> Upload only consider the text until the first line break, the rest of the text was truncated.
2. Add escape character "\n"/chr(10) to generate the line breaks -> Upload consider the full text but the escape characters were treated as normal text.
3. Added manually in the UI and then Download and upload spreadsheet without changing the Website Product Description field also results in the removal of the line breaks

Also please let us know during conversion through DC Tool how to convert data having line break for the field ITEM_MASTER.COMMENTS.
