Symptoms

SAIMPTLOGFIN_JOB Running long since 3+ hours.  Hotfix 19.3.006.10 was applied but it seems it did not help. Job is still long running.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run saimptlogfin_job in volume environment.
2. Notice that it takes long time to complete.
