Symptoms

When attempting to enter the safety access search for an incident, the following error occurs.

ERROR
ORA-01722: invalid number

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Safety Incidents > Workforce Health and Safety Incidents Page > Error
