Visual application page using oj-form-layout hangs/freezes while loading in Google Chrome 108 or Microsoft Edge 108.

It works fine in Chrome 107 or Edge 107, but after upgrade to version 108, it's no longer working as expected.

The page loads fine in Firefox.

Also, VB Designer could behave similarly when loading affected page in Design view.
