On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer had a report that had a simple hierarchy based logic to get information from employees.

Issue was that some inactive user appeared in hierarchy and others did not.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All inactive users should appear in the report since they belonged in the hierarchy.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run report.
2. Some of the inactive users do not appear in the report.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see correct data in the report.
