Goal
When the user tries to create a quick invoice payment with interest, the following error appears.
ERROR
-----------------------
A document sequence couldn't be derived for the category INT INV. Make sure a valid sequence is assigned to the associated document category.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Invoice
2. Then go to manage installment UI
3. Update the interest amount
4. Perform the quick payment, then the above error appears
