Symptoms

The Oracle Utilities Adapter encounters the error below while attempting to configure endpoint properties in the Integration: 

 

Error: "Selected service is not reachable from this OIC instance. Please make sure service URL is accessible and giving correct response"

NOTE: The error can occur regardless of the Business Object selected in the configuration wizard.
