FulfilOrd message fails in MFCS with out-of-process memory
FulfilOrd message fails in MFCS RMSSUB_FULFILORD.CONSUME when consuming with the below error:
The FulFilOrdPOCre has 37 items in its payload.
ERROR

javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_FULFILORD.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 16328 bytes (koh-kghu call ,pl/sql vc2)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Received FulfilOrd message
2 - Message fails in RIB-RMS due to out of process memory
Note - The FulfilOrd message has, for example, 37 items in the payload. Only see up to 10 items can be seen.
