Custom Log View: Between Filter for Date Elements Are Not Saving (Doc ID 2914504.1)

Symptoms

Unifier versions 21.12.8 and 21.12.9

In a Custom Business Process (BP) Log View, both at the Configuration and Shell level, Filters tab, when the operator of "between" is used in any Date type parameter:

Expected Result

The settings should be saved.

Actual Result

The settings are not saved as expected.

Examples:

1a) In Configuration > BP > Log Views, for the filter, when the between is selected and the original settings are defined for: Effective Date

  1. Unchecked the first 'MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM' setting
  2. Checked the second 'Today' pull down setting with an entry of “0”
  3. Unchecked the third 'MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM' setting
  4. Checked the fourth 'Today Plus' setting with an entry of "30"

1b) After the Save the settings show as:

  1. Unchecked the first 'MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM' setting
  2. Checked the second 'Today' pull down setting, with 30 showing in the disabled field

The other two settings are no longer seen.

2a) At the BP Log level for: Creation Date

  1. Unchecked the first 'MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM' setting
  2. Checked the second 'Today' pull down setting with an entry of “0”
  3. Unchecked the third 'MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM' setting
  4. Checked the fourth 'Today Minus' setting with an entry of "30"

2b) After the Save

  1. Unchecked the first 'MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM' setting
  2. Checked the second 'Today' pull down setting with an entry of “30”
  3. Unchecked the third 'MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM' setting
  4. Checked the fourth 'Today Minus' setting with an entry of "0"

3a) Another Date Field before the Save for: Effective Date

  1. Unchecked the first 'MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM' setting
  2. Checked the second 'Today' pull down setting with an entry of “0”
  3. Unchecked the third 'MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM' setting
  4. Checked the fourth 'Today Plus' setting with an entry of "30"

3b) After the Save

  1. Unchecked the first 'MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM' setting
  2. Checked the second 'Today' pull down setting with an entry of “30”
  3. Unchecked the third 'MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM' setting
  4. Checked the fourth 'Today Plus’ setting with an entry of "0"
