Export Data to Another Cloud Pod Failed With "XXX.dat already exists" (Doc ID 2914535.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Export data to another Pod, it fails with:

INFO [AIF]: EssbaseService.loadDataFileThread - START
DEBUG [AIF]: directDataLoad: false
ERROR [AIF]: Destination '/u03/inbox/data/XX_NNN.dat' already exists

Changes

The target pod was up and running then cloned from different environment and the data directory was not cleaned.
