Symptoms

ReIM - Quantity discrepancy not getting routed after the discrepancy routing days

Steps To Recreate:
1) Create invoice.
2) No receipt available.
3) Adjusted both discrepancy routing days and days before due date - but no discrepancy got created for the invoice.
