OCI Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) - Hide all Domains which are displayed in the logging screen (Doc ID 2914664.1)

Goal

When logging onto OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), on an IAM Domains enabled tenancy, the list of all the available domains on said tenant are visible.
The goal is to hide all the domains apart from the one in which a user is created.
This will make sure that a user sees only the domains he is created on.
