Symptoms

 A candidate import based on the Taleo OIC connector (PaaS) imports 30+ work experience records to an existing Candidate profile in Taleo.  The results/response file shows "Success" for all records, but only 25 work experience records are actually updated.

Changes

 The candidate already exists with 25 work experiences in Taleo
