Symptoms

When closing P6 Professional, a login screen appears briefly appears. If closed manually using the 'x' button, the primavera.cacheService.exe does not stop running preventing future logins.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Close P6 Professional.
  2. When the login window appears, close the window manually using the 'x' button in the top right of the window.
  3. Observe the primavera.cacheService.exe process never stopping.
