Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Microsoft Office 365

365 : Email Share error

Users are getting the below error when they try to share a email with OSC

ERROR

"Created By Cannot be updated"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Share email from O365 side panel with OSC
2. Get error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot share emails from side panel.
