Fusion PD: Save As Functionality Time Out Issue On A BOM With More than 20K Reference designators in First Level Across All Components

Symptoms
With Fusion Application release 22D (11.13.22.10.0) when a BOM has more than 20,000 Reference designators in the first level across all components, then the "Save as"functionality from PD (Product Development) could time out.
The steps to reproduce the issue -
- Search for item structure from Manage items in PD (Product Development)
- Click on the structure tab
- Perform Actions > Save As
- Enter the Name, Description and Primary Units of Measure
- Check mark the Structure, Attachments and AML
- Click on Save and Close button, the error may be seen after a few minutes
