Fusion HCM: Seeded BIP Notification Is Shown Instead of the Custom BIP Notification (Doc ID 2915374.1)

Symptoms

Even though a custom BIP notification had been created for a Global HR flow (like Change Assignment), the user who receives the notification can still see the seeded one.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Create a custom template and data model for a Global HR notification (eg Assignment Change) using the guidelines described in Configure Workforce Deployment Notifications Using Reports guide
  2. Create a new Change Assignment transaction
  3. Approver receives the notification and can still see the seeded one instead of the custom one
