Symptoms

 This issue occurs when a customer configures a File Storage System (FSS) and Mount Target in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cannot mount the target from an instance and the user is presented with the error, "_mount.nfs: mounting <MountTarget>:<ExportPath> failed, reason given by server: No such file or directory".
