On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Webservice / REST API
While attempting to create receipt write off using SOAP web service
the following error occurs.

JBO-AR:::AR_RAPI_RCPT_NUM_INVALID: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>AR-855742</NUMBER><TEXT>You must enter a valid receipt number.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SoapUI
2. typ:createActivityApplication> payload
3. Submit
