ReIM System Issues- Slowness And Timeouts (Doc ID 2915496.1)

Experiencing a large number of timeouts and general slowness in ReIM System, especially when attempting summary matching of invoices. When attempting to resolve the summary matches, the system will stall, and not proceed until it eventually times out.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. attempt to proceed through a Summary Invoice Match
2. When attempting to resolve, the system will stall and eventually timeout.
3.Also seeing general slowness and stalling when navigating the UI.
