ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

HTML Markup(Disclaimer) created only for one of the Document Records which is Diversity Profile. It is working well with the Diversity Profile DOR. But the same Disclaimer is appearing on other document type as well when those are assigned to users.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

HTML Markup visibility should be restricted only to the Diversity Profile DOR.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
We have created a "Disclaimer" note in one of our Document Records which is Diversity Profile. It is working well in the Diversity page. However we tried to allocate different DOR on few users, but the disclaimer note is visible when we click view button.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, disclaimer is visible for not intended DOC_TyPe as well.
