Goal

This script is intended to provide a user friendly guide to troubleshoot Non-RAC hung sessions or slow performance scenerios. The script includes information to gather a variety of important debug information to determine the cause of a Non-RAC hung sessions or slow performance. The script will create a file called nonracdiag_.out in the local directory while dumping hang analyze dumps in the respective user_dump_dest/background_dump_dest/diagnostic_dest.
